1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the vcity44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and vcity44 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the vcity44 platform.

2 Account Registration Eligibility

vcity44 account registration is only permitted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above at the time of registration
• Providing true, accurate and up-to-date personal information
• Registering one account only — multiple accounts are prohibited
• Not previously banned from using this platform
• Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion are not eligible to re-register

vcity44 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of account use. Failure to submit the requested documents within the given timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

vcity44 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the equivalent in cryptocurrency.

Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain situations with approval from the support team.

vcity44 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment service providers, third-party technical failures or inaccurate account information provided by the user.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

vcity44 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, with a maximum bonus of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000

All other promotions offered from time to time also have their own specific terms. Users are responsible for understanding the conditions of each promotion before participating. vcity44 reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5 Betting and Game Rules

All betting activity on the vcity44 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, horse racing and other games — is subject to the game rules set by vcity44 and the respective game providers.

vcity44 reserves the right to void any bet or game involving:

• Technical disruptions that affect game outcomes
• Evidence of fraud or system manipulation
• Clear violations of game rules
• Errors in the pricing system or odds

In the event of a void, the original bet amount will be returned to the user's account balance. vcity44's decisions on betting matters are final and binding.

6 Account Security and Passwords

Users are fully responsible for keeping their vcity44 account password and login details confidential. vcity44 recommends that users use a strong and unique password and do not share their login information with anyone.

If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, contact the vcity44 support team immediately via 24/7 live chat. vcity44 will not be responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain their account security.

7 Geographic Restrictions and Legal Compliance

vcity44 operates under an international licence and complies with the applicable regulatory standards. The platform is intended for international users. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction where they are located.

vcity44 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law. Users who provide false information about their location to access the platform are fully responsible for any legal consequences that arise.

8 Account Termination and Suspension

vcity44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the event of:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
• False identity or forged documents
• Disruptive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other users

Users also have the right to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting vcity44 support. In the event of account closure, any valid remaining balance (subject to compliance with bonus terms) will be returned to the user.

9 Disclaimer of Liability

vcity44 makes no express or implied warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or remain secure from cybersecurity threats at all times. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vcity44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activity.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to vcity44's international licence. Any dispute arising between a user and vcity44 should first be resolved amicably through the available 24/7 customer support channels.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, users may use the official dispute resolution mechanism established by the regulatory body responsible for vcity44's operating licence. The decision of the relevant arbitration body or regulator is final and binding on both parties.
